Question 1

Is it free to create a profile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating and maintaining your creator profile is completely free.

Question 2

Do I need a large following?

Accepted Answer

No large following is needed to create UGC for a brand’s own channels. Your portfolio, content quality and suitability for the brief matter more. Audience size is relevant when a collaboration includes posting to your followers. Micro and nano influencers are welcome.

Question 3

Can I work directly with brands?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Review brand hiring requests in your inbox and accept or decline. Acceptance confirms interest and lets only you and the participating brand see each other's email to agree final terms and payment directly. Hiring requests do not take payment or create paid bookings. Existing paid bookings keep their agreed fees, payment terms and workrooms.

Question 4

What content can I offer?

Accepted Answer

List the services you provide, such as product demonstrations, tutorials, unboxing videos, lifestyle content or photography. If you also offer posts to your audience, make that clear.

Question 5

Will my email address be public?

Accepted Answer

No. Your account email is excluded from public profiles. Only you and the participating brand can see each other's account email after you accept a hiring request. Your bio, social handles and portfolio are public.

Question 6

What kind of brands will find me?

Accepted Answer

Our platform attracts small businesses, marketing agencies, e-commerce brands, and local businesses looking for authentic creator partnerships.
